Not a bad place to live, It does have a bug issue. If you live on the 1st floor be ready to buy some earplugs if you have any kids upstairs it gets quite loud and annoying after 12 months. I asked my neighbor and my If she could not be so loud if possible at night time but she was very disrespectful. And didn't care how loud she was. My sleeping schedule and my young daughters was her schedule. So we had to move unfortunately.

Lived here for over a year, never had any issues or problems, until I kept getting accused of having people live in my apartment that weren't living there, accused of having dogs that I didn't have, my son being accused constantly of things that another kid was doing. I'm a single mom going through a lot of difficult times and suffer from complex PTSD, at times when things would get overwhelming or I didntd feel safe, I would have friends stay with me. The longest was 2 weeks, but they'd be there for me daily or at least every other day, or babysitting my son while I work. Apparently it was assumed that my friends lived there because they were there alot. Friend lives there. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the two bedrooms were. Gas stove. Nice bathroom. AC was acting up. People were there to fix it. I'll send an update later.
