Lori Jake is an amazing women. She really takes pride in her houses to make sure they are the best when she is doing a rent to own. I refer a lot of clients over to Lori that can't buy just yet and need a rent to own home. She is excellent in follow up as well. Very high in ethics and business practices.

Recently saw how they do business when preparing a house to sell. It was AMAZING-- They really pay attention to details I'd have never thoght about and you can tell Lori takes great pride in what she and her team does. Their contractor was super professional and made sure all the details and concerns were taken care of. It was better they handled the process than the prior owners of the home, who wouldn't have had the resources or know how. Whoever bought this house has a home which is better than some new mass poduced house by far!

They are great to work with and rent from. Their prices were below others and were worth what you were renting. They were always on top of any problems we had and we were able to purchase the house after renting for two years. If you need to rent, these are the ones you want to use.

Swift Current were great landlords. Always responded properly to any concerns and were pleasant to deal with. The property was a great value for the money. I would definitely recommend them to any family and friends!

Very good landlords.. Anytime we needed anything you all responded quickly. We would definitely rent from you again. We were happy with the house and our neighbors. It was great living in the coldisac where the kids were safe and could play with their friends. Unfortunately we outgrew the house. Thank you all for everything!
