Very poor experience. My belongings were discarded from my garage without permission (including a working fridge), fees were excessive with no flexibility, and it took six months to place a tenant. Communication was almost nonexistent — emails and calls went unanswered. I felt unsupported and would not recommend.

UPDATE: This is the 2nd time in two months that we haven't been able to reach anyone about basic habitability repairs in our home. It is crazy that I feel the need to post on a Facebook page and Google Review in the hopes that someone sees it and provides assistance or even just lets us know what's going on when our children are sleeping in rooms that are in the 80s and 90s. As tenants, we have always been understanding that the CRPM serves as communication between us as renters and the homeowner. We've been at our current home for almost 2 years and have only ever needed to be in contact with a member of the team a few times. I’ve had a fantastic experience with Colorado Realty and Property Management Inc.! From the very beginning, their team was incredibly communicative, always keeping us informed throughout the entire process. They were also very patient with all of our questions, providing detailed answers and making sure we understood everything. The move-in process was completely seamless, and they made sure everything was in place for a smooth transition. A special shoutout to Jim from maintenance for his kindness and promptness in addressing any issues we had. Highly recommend!

I just moved into my new place managed by CRPM in November and so far I have only great things to say. From the process of touring the home, to the move-in, and now, they have been professional, helpful and easy to reach any time I have needed to with any questions or concerns. I recently had an issue that required me to put in a work order through their maintenance team for the first time since moving in, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick they responded to address the issue. They had to send out company vendors/contractors and they were also amazing from start to finish. CRPM made sure to check in every step of the way to see how the process was going. Their communication is amazing and that in itself deserves a great review.

I was scheduled to enlist the property management services of Colorado Realty and Property Management, Inc., however a couple of weeks before I was scheduled to move out of my townhome, the apartment I was moving to, pushed the date back again by two months, and I had to cancel the services, which technically HAD NOT commenced, as I decided to remain in my home. I was then told the $500.00 deposit required strictly for maintenance requests, was going to be retained as a cancellation fee! One of the primary selling points for this company is their Happiness Guaranty citing: Happiness Guarantee  Break-ups happen.
