So I'm very late with this review but I did not have a good experience with this company. I was living in a condo that I rented from them and there was a sewage flood. They were made aware of this immediately and initially attempted to get the water mitigation team out to drain the water and blow fans. That team then came out and sprayed something throughout my condo that made me very sick. I made sure to report all of this. They then decided to rip up the flooring and tear up the walls. They left my condo like this for 4 months and I eventually had to move out before it was repaired. My son and my animals were displaced due to the condition of the home and the mold. I had items that got damaged, and in the process of all of it, my elderly dog ended up passing away because he was across to
