Lisa Cox was the sellers agent when I purchased my home. Yes I had an inspection. Home was advertised with a 9 month old roof and ‘move in ready.’ Are roof leaks in multiple areas move in ready? Several thousand dollars in repairing things which really warranted a new roof? Getting denied by 3 insurance companies for roof issues? Good job Lisa.
