I came here for a tour and let me tell you the amount they want for a one/ two bedroom you would think that they can at least keep the floors swept and the elevator clean. Absolutely disgusting. Every single hallway is gross and smells awful. Do better. I will not be moving in for this reason.

We are in the process of applying at Colony Mill. We are moving from South Carolina to New Hampshire. We have looked at multiple apartments and the prices seem comparable to anything we have seen that are as nice as Colony. The amenities are amazing. We toured this complex in June of 2024 and my wife fell in love with the exposed brick, amenities, how close downtown is. The application process has been seamless so far and has only cost us 500 dollars. To us it is well worth it to secure the one we want. We were able to see multiple floor plans and pick the one we want. I don’t understand why some people feel the need to give bad reviews because they don’t like something in the agreements which they SIGN. We are praying hard that we are accepted as our moving date is February 24 2025,

I think it was wonderful. I viewed a 2BD 1BR, the kitchen was beautiful, lots of cabinet space, hardwood floors, raised ceilings, all utilities included, they have a place for dogs to do her business outside. Only downside was that there was no separation between the kitchen, dining and living space. It is rather small but it's just enough for a person and once in awhile, a guest. The local area is in Keene gorgeous, there's a beautiful restaurant/ brewery that's right there on property, a bank on the property, inside the downstairs is a community center with a fitness center, pool table, kitchen to hold parties, and a movie theater. Original building used to be a mall and the local area was a railroad area tending to the local silos. Lots of old town history in Keene. Local area is not

I made my mind up to move here when I first heard they were going to become apartments almost 2 years ago.As a Keene native, I have seen this building through many transformations , way back to the Douglas Toy and Keene Electric Supply days. The historic apartments here now was the right way to go ! After 32 years of home ownership, I was ready to downsize and be able to walk most everywhere in a very walkable community. An old mill with exposed brick, large window, beautiful floors and a rich history have always been a draw to me. Now actually here enjoying all that, I can also say the staff is doing a great job, are attentive and very helpful when needed. My apartment is bright, quiet, and has everything I need including washer and dryer. I am looking forward to many years here and mee

I sincerely regret my decision to apply for housing at Colony Mill. The corporate greed demonstrated by Brady Sullivan is absolutely outrageous. Not only are the apartments overpriced for what they are, but they nickel and dime you at every turn. They require 3 months’ rent to “break” your lease on top of 60 days notice. Furthermore, when applying you are required to put down a full month’s rent which is non refundable after your application is accepted. Yes, you read that right. Just to apply, you have to pay a full months rent even if you don’t sign a lease. While I’m furious that I have wasted an entire month’s rent without ever setting foot in these apartments, I’m very glad that not a single cent more of my money will be going to Brady Sullivan.
