My older aunt lives in the building, I come by every week and the staff is always so friendly and common areas are clean. The property manager Alexandra always answers any questions we may have and the kind maintenance man Elliot always checks and make sure things are running smoothly. Such a great quiet building in a busy area !

I typically don’t leave too many reviews but I had such a positive experience with the young lady Alexandra earlier today! I originally went in for an application and she was very helpful and courteous. She answered all of my questions respectfully and I got all the information I needed! She was awesome! Thank you again Alexandra for making this a pleasant experience!

New housing manager was extremely helpful in helping provide a family member with housing. Despite the language barriers she went above and beyond to make the process simple and stress free. What a great feeling to know when your family is in genuine business hands. Thank you.

I live on this place more than 4 years...I love the apartment and the building but it's time to fix my bathtub because I'm waiting more that 3 years for that...the bathtub is very ugly and disgusting...too much oxide inside...how many time I have to wait for that? Thank you...
