Very poor and inaccurate inspection that Ken did for our house. We are so displeased and upset, he passed everything and immediately our water heater/HVAC had to be replaced along with flooring in rooms/hallway and bathroom and our roof is not good either. He did inspection with binocular of our roof and our realtor didn not allow us to be when he is was doing the inspection. Extremely upsetting, seems like he is only helping the realtor and passing all the house to earn business. Customer are being scammed by his inspection, and all the 5 star rating are being given by the realtors. This must be stopped.

I used Colony Home Inspections for my pre-drywall, final, and 1 year inspections and Ken is always thorough and does an excellent job.
