Colonial Terrace Apartments

Management changed Manager and we were never informed. Place has roaches even if apartments get fumigated. I live on the second floor and right below is the laundry room. Manager and supervisor doesn’t do anything to close the laundry room. It stays open 24 hours; it’s very rare when is closed. I have email them couple of times complaining and they don’t do anything. They claim it closes at 12am but that’s not true. People from outside come and park in the parking lot, even people from the streets come to park and sleep here. Supervisor knows about it because other tenants have told her but nothing has been done. The gate is open 24/7 because it doesn’t work. People park everywhere, even where they shouldn’t. Cars get hit and even if you bring a police report manager and supervisor don’t

If you like living in the south central , drug dealings, ghetto fighing neighbors, pee from kids at all the corners, trash overflowing, no mgr on site, infested with roaches , dirty ass carpets, pool filled with kids at all times, the main gate always broken, and people jacking mail out of your mail box. This is definitly the building for you.... over the years its gotton so bad that you cant even walk in and out of the building without cat calls. Cars are always getting broken in to. Mgr refuses to do any maintenence on the inside of the apartments yet they keep fixing the outside to lure more people in to move in.

Terrible place to live. Never come to fix problems even if you put in maintenance request. We lived there for 1.5 years and there was 5/6 different managers. One manager lost my rent. They do NOT spray for bugs. They need to be closed down.

They are VERY HORRIBLE the property there and at 38604 10 st East and others are infested with roaches bed bugs termites the plumbing is horrible the roaches are inside of the pipelines they take forever to fix things there is no handy cap units at most properties no wheelchair ramps the properties are not safe during the dayoat of the time but at night for sure there not lot of homeless sleeping in the laundry room a lot of break ins the managers that were there that they had they were stealing rent moneys from tenants and the tenants that applied for help from the state which caused a lot of tenants to become homeless on the count of the managers they hired and now that they know what was going on and money was being taken they don't want to accommodate the old tenants that were wrongfu

Landlord is a slumlord. Parking is horrible, can't conduct business and be your tenants friends. Horrible communication skills, lack of service and shows favoritism towards curtain tenants. Over all DO NOT RENT THERE!!!
