Colonial Square Apartments

I was asked to do a review. I viewed the apartment of course in the daytime. Seemed quiet. It's my second night in my new apartment and I must say they have not been pleasant. People/tenants/guests playing loud music from their cars, tenants on their balconies holding loud conversations, ppl pulling up in the parking lot with their cars idling, sitting in front of my balcony, and playing loud music. A lot of in/out traffic goes on—just a BIG shift of an environment from where I moved from. (Seems a bit ghetto). Overall, the apartment is nice, just some minor fixes that need to be looked into, and some have already been taken care of. Just a suggestion on fixing up the internal hallway; carpet and mailboxes to look more presentable. But so far, it's decent. Seems like some changes are ha

One of the best Apt. Complexes I have stay in while living in Cincinnati. Always friendly gold in the office and I can reach Mr. Frank anytime I need some help with something. I love my home and this part of town.

I love living at Colonial Square . Christine is AMAZING and very helpful. All the staff are helpful and friendly and do a great job keeping the property safe and clean. I would definitely recommend.

Very happy to call this place my home. The staff is always checking on me and they have worked with me at times when my pay check has been a little low. I would recommend this plane to ask my friends. Thank you for keeping this place clean
