Jeff at Colonial Mortgage LLC was very helpful and polite throughout the entire process of buying my house. He exhausted every option possible to make sure I got every benefit available to me. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a home.

We were trying to speak to someone at this location and before we could even ask anything jeff the said owner of property/business had the audacity to tell us to be prepared to for the police and to have our green card ready and to get off his property for what I can only assume for “trespassing” which we were not. In my eyes Jeff Evan’s president and owner of colonial mortgage is prejudice and need to have himself evaluated for mental issues if he thinks that’s grounds for me to need to show him a “green card”. We waited for police to come since he took time to use up city resources for nothing. The man was out of line and The police did not do anything at all. Awful encounter with colonial mortgage. -1 star but it isn’t an option.

Jeff did a phenomenal job finding me the best mortgage for my situation. He stayed on top of everything through the whole process and even shopped the rates till the end and came up with a significantly lower interest rate than we originally expected. If you want the best deal at the best rates don’t go anywhere else. They definitely earned my future business.

I was highly recommended to colonial mortgage two years ago. My credit was in poor condition at that time, but I wanted to settle down into a house. At that time I thought there was no way I would be able to get a house. Jeff Evans helped me from that point. He taught me everything I had a question about. He called me or I called him to better my knowledge on purchasing a home. Jeff went above and beyond just paperwork. Took me right at two years but thanks to Colonial mortgage I am a homeowner as of July 11th, 2019.
