Colonial Gardens Apartments

Despite the plaque being displayed, it is NOT a 4 Star apartment complex. Maybe in 1980 it was, but not anymore. Unfortunately, the residents are quite loud, frequently abuse many types of drugs not only marijuana but hardcore as well. Needles and broken pipes are left in shared commons and surrounding sidewalks. There have been many fights that are physical with weapons happening in the quad, police and ambulance are called regularly to this complex. The surrounding area would be better off without this apartment and the management and owners who don't seem to mind that the residents are trashing the neighborhood.

I was exposed to COVID-19 by the on-site manager and her husband. Then the owner robbed me for my deposit that she promised on the reciept that it would be refundable. She lied to the Sect8 inspector and exposed him too. I wish I read these reviews before I trusted this management company. Please God give us Justice!! I'm not the only one.

great place too live. i been living here 7 years, i love it here, great managers and owners. most tenants are long term. management very responsive to the needs of tenants.

100% safe I have only been robbed 9 times and have been jumped 3 times, great place to create a dumpster fire for the homeless homies

I have lived here over six years the management is outstanding and the owners are very fair the owners have helped me out whenever they possibly can
