Colonial Gardens Apartments

I had such a great experience working with Jennifer Cook! She was incredibly helpful during the entire application process and guided me every step of the way. This is my first apartment, and I didn't know how to do certain things, but she went above and beyond to help me fill out paperwork and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I really appreciated her honesty about everything, even when it came to details like pests, and she even found me an apartment for less than we originally talked about — which was such a nice surprise! I'm so thankful for her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a place.

Jennifer was amazing. I will give her more than five stars. If I could, she was patient she was understanding she went above and beyond to help me with everything that she could possibly help me with. I moved from Colorado and I was in a very sticky situation due to me not really knowing too much about Florida so I pretty much end up being on the street for a while before I got into the apartment but Jennifer made it possible and find different ways to get me in ..by gods grace She did everything she could to get me in this apartment, which I will forever be grateful. She’s always answering my phone calls. She’s always gotten back to me. She’s always showed me patience, kind and compassion. Don’t rent here! The place is not worth the headache the manager causes. It’s become very nasty and ghetto since I signed, I’ve been embarrassed to bring guest other than my partner because of the look of outside which isn’t maintained, she questioned me about him, as if you can’t have anyone over and says there’s limits.The roaches that come under the door no matter what you buy, nasty pool for over a year and gross dumpster areas. AC constantly leaks but the worst is really the manager Yanira Ayala. She is very nosey, seems to like drama and is impossible to communicate with. Served me a letter of termination with only days to relocate spitefully because I have a ESA dog and she changed it to “No dog policy” randomly.And I was legally able to keep him. Jennifer had been the best rep I’ve ever felt with. She help me secure a great apartment and was there every moment of the way. She also went out of her way to make sure I got into great housing at an affordable price. It’s been a life changing part of my life. Five stars and 100% recommend!!!
