Colonial Court Apartments

My experience living here has truly been wonderful. The location is great, with easy access to Orchard Park, Blasdell, and West Seneca, and the property is always well cared for. Management is incredibly responsive—any time I’ve needed something, it’s been handled quickly, often by the next day by either Jon or Allison. The community is clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. This has become a perfect place to call home for me and my pup! Thank you guys so much we love it here.

It gives me pleasure to be able to speak about my home here in Colonial Court and the people who run it and maintain it. I've had a lot of slumlords who did nothing fixed nothing didn't accommodate you at all, but not here Allison H. Is by far the best landlord I've ever had. She doesn't drag on getting things fixed, she's met all my needs so I can live comfortably. She LISTENS to you and doesn't come to a conclusion about tenant issues. She's bright ,kind, smart and her word is her word. The Maintenance Crew!!!!! My apartment feels like a home everyday because of them Tom and John are amazing workers I never have to wait on repairs unless there's something major that has happened elsewhere but the call and reassure me it will get done!. Very kind and personable. Went out of their way to listen and talk with the tenants sincerely. Very nice experience. Quality apartment management.
