In 2015 my wife and I completed the construction of our new home in the Berwick Downs Development in Flat Rock, North Carolina. As Project Manager for the build, Jack Collina played a major role in completing the project construction ahead of schedule and to the total satisfaction of my wife and me. If any problems occurred during the build, Jack was there promptly to solve them. Jack is very much a hands on type of Project Manager, using his vast experience to deal with all types of individuals in the building trades. Jack and Libby did an amazing job building our house. It is light, spacious, and energy efficient. They used high-end appliances and quality construction materials. Their style and attention to detail is evident throughout our home and highlighted by many unique details, including reclaimed brick and hickory flooring, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and a custom-made cherry bench and mantle using wood from the property. We feel so fortunate to have found this house.
