If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking to lease or sublease stay away! Kyle wasted 4 months of my time, he knew I had a fast grown company and needed an office space as soon as possible. He never answers his phone, you have to text him over and over and over to get a canned response. If you even think about calling or texting him on a Friday, GOOD LUCK!! My last experience truly solidified it. After 2 months of a simple sublease falling through, we gave Kyle another chance. He showed us an office said it would be quick as he sits right next to the broker that is leasing it. Well, this was very simple, we wanted the office exactly how it was, no changes needed. After 2 months of a "QUICK" turn around we got all the way to the master landlords consent, from there it went dark

I tried calling them, and the Secretary lady was just so Rude.. If your having a bad day don't come to work.
