College Way Apartments

I rented an apartment at college way apartments from August 2024 to April 2026. It honestly was a semi-decent apartment especially for a person who just moved out and was going to school. I met one of my best friends living in there and I have made life long memories. But, the apartment when I moved in was very gross. The carpet looks as if it has not been replaced since the apartments were built. I had a carpet cleaner and I would regularly go over the carpet and it came out black everytime. “Fully furnished” means that they have outdated furniture that probably has not replaced or cleaned in a very long time. In our apartment we had trouble multiple times with the water heater. The appliances look as if they also haven’t been updated since the place was built. They work just fine except

I've lived here for about a year and a half. They are your typical student living situation. The best part is having a bathroom that you only share with your room specific roommate. As far as kitchen space and pantry spaces, there's not enough for 6 people with their own stuff, but if you are sharing it's fine. The in-kitchen closet has one shelf.

New management is the best. They take care of everything pretty quickly

Been here for a few years, and honestly for as low a price as it is, I don't think I could have picked a better spot

college way was the worst apartment complex that i have lived in, let alone ever encountered. our furnace and thermostat were broken the entire winter, causing the apartment to get below 50° inside, even with the oven on. the managers neglect all maintenance, including (but not limited to) shoveling snow, salting the ice that forms from said snow never getting shoveled, and plumbing issues. managers would tell us about cleaning checks coming up, before never showing up to actually do them and then keep your security deposit with no real reasoning behind it. if you are currently living there or have already made plans to live there, good luck, you’re gonna need it.
