Dan at College Town Properties was an ideal landlord! I rented from him for three years and was always very satisfied with the care and attention put into these rental properties. Dan respects and cares about tenants, definitely a landlord that you can trust.

I rented from Dan for two years and could not recommend his properties more. If we ever needed anything fixed he was quick to help and was in and out. The best part though was that in two years I only ever needed to call him twice to fix something because he keeps his properties in great condition and well maintained. Not your typical landlord in that he actually cares about his properties and tenants!

Dan is a great landlord! We have rented from him for nearly 2 years and it has been wonderful. He is quick to address any concern, big or small, easy to communicate with, and takes great care of his properties. Having had many landlords in the past, this has been an easy, safe, and straightforward experience!

Being a tenant has been really enjoyable and the landlords are awesome - easy communication, very friendly and the best part, FAST execution on repairs or issues. I also appreciate that they hired a landscaper to maintain the yard for us - which is so ideal in the warm months.
