College Square at Harbour View Townhome Apartments

While staying here wasnt all bad rent office was ok for most part . So I decided to move out after my lease was up for personal preference . After move out I get a letter from a lawyer regarding this townhouse community saying I owe them over $900 for new carpet throughout house because i had a dog and he urinated in the downstairs only a handfew of times and flooring that was damaged in halfbath down stairs. I feel for the flooring whats the purpose of a pet deposit and paying a pet fee if im still gone be charged alot of money for carpet throughout the whole house mind you my security deposit it being kept as well and its still leaving me with over $900 owe to them but I have to play the lawyer office close to $300 , total rip off

The management team here is AWESOME but they can ONLY do but so much in this place. Since I been here people have been moving out left and right because of the HIGH rent increase from what I have learn. And the MAJOR issues the complex have. The people that manage the site is AWESOME but they are dealing with a P.O.S property. Once my lease is up I too will be looking to move. Despite the fabulous service management have given me. Also, to add to injury I also seen termites! That reason and the outrageous rent increase is the main reason which made me put up my white flag. 🏳️ I have to move. They should consider doing 18 months lease renewal to keep people un the property longer. The expenses with fixing up the unit every year is what is cutting into their profits instead of the crazy amo

We moved in July and it's been pleasant. Whatever issue we may have or any questions it's done within a reasonable time. Maria is absolutely awesome. She really does take this job seriously and has a passion to help people. She goes above and beyond for the residents keeping us abreast of any issue beyond our control. I also like the Flex option as it really does give you extra cash flow throughout the month. I feel we made the right decision in moving to this community. It's quiet and everyone seems friendly.

I had an outstanding experience with college Square assistant manger ( Keneisha Munroe). From the moment I reached out, the she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help. I had a concern regarding unit availability, and she and her team resolved it swiftly and efficiently. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable and patient Mrs.Munroe was. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Their positive attitude made the entire process enjoyable! I truly appreciate the level of care they put into their service, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I would highly recommend College square townhomes to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
