They have called it a refugee complex.mostly rented to people from foreign countries.China,Vietnam,Africa.rental is based on applicants needs but most units are rented by the individual room,not the unit.you share a common area and kitchen of a 4 bedroom apt.its different,inexpensive,and the Tennant's observe thus making it a fairly secure place

I give it a three for how peaceful it is but i didnt give it a five because the area is not clean other than the apartments are spacious and great

Nice apartments... Needs more access to services.

Nice people environment is not so clean

Cheap rent but not a family environment!!
