Do not rent here. Don’t worry about getting your security deposit back. They will charge you an expensive cleaning fee even if your apartment is deep cleaned when you turn your keys in. They will also charge you to fix things that were broken when you moved in, even if you made them aware of it by putting it on the checklist. Place always smells like marijuana and they don’t do anything about it expect pit signs on the door saying “no marijuana.” Security cameras don’t work on the buildings. We payed a $600 deposit and got none of it back and still had to pay a move out fee because of how much stuff they charge you for.

SCAMMERS!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The management is terrible and do nothing about any problems that we complain about. They never fixed my foggy window, my closet door broke in the first month being there, our faucet in the shower didn’t work properly and would run cold water, our upstairs window would blow cold air messing with our expenses to the heat and air conditioning. Many problems and they would make us pay extra for it. At the end of the lease we never got our deposit back and made us pay extra for a cleaning fee after we were told we needed to deep clean.

Do not rent here!!! The landlord is very rude and unprofessional. Had problems with her from the very start. Has a problem with kids and tries to throw you out for any little things. Be aware if you do get evicted or break the lease you will have to pay a lot of money in rent. At least three months worth got mad at us for every little thing as well when we were hardly living there because of how bad the problem was. Not to mention our neighbors had cameras pointing into our apartments balcony, and we feel uncomfortable with it, and she said there was nothing she could do about it, but the neighbors had a problem with my crying baby, who was colicky, and I was the one who was gonna get thrown? too expensive for what was offered. better places in lincoln for same price and had a lot more amenities. dryers did not work.

If I could give ZERO stars I would this is the worse place to live with amount they are charging for rent!!!!! I had a friend who lived there and their car was broken into and their apartment was almost broken into and when they called the office they said that is their own problem everything is cheaply made which breaks easily and calling management means you will receive attitude from them all they care about is your money and nothing else … it is NOT work the 1k you will spend living with them!!! Safety is not a concern for them and the call box doesn’t even work when it was reported they gave a very vague answer
