Well, i guess I will be the first one to leave a negative comment. I met Colin in March of 2025 at an open house. Since i was renting a place at that time, i told him that I'm not in a rush to buy a property. However, if he finds a good deal, i would consider. He wasn't too active in searching. Pretty much, i was doing the 'homework'. In my case, he was a person who is not keeping his promises.
