Colerain Tower Apartments

I had 2 help move a friend from here! I work for 3 apartment complexes, ive seen bugs and filth. But this place should be shut down by the Health Dept. & the CDC!!! THE ROACHES WERE UNBELIEVABLE. AND THE APARTMENT WAS TREATED ALL THE TIME & THE TENANT WAS CLEAN. This place has a VERY SERIOUS INFESTATION PROBLEM!!!!! And dont get me started on the drug problem & the shootings in the Summer months!!!

This is my first time being there so I don't know much about the apartment but they did look pretty nice I just weren't able to go inside I was just dropping somebody off

I went to visit this place and I couldn't understand why this place is still standing or allowed to accept any finance from the government and why are they allowed to have the residents living as if this is a third world country if you respect your health and your life and want a SAFE AREA TO LIVE AND RAISE YOUR CHILDREN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE WITH THE DRUGS AND LIVING CONDITIONS This is close to HELL!!!!

Roach infested, ghetto rude neighbors, kids play in the hallways, guys shooting craps on the steps and weighing dope outside, lazy careless management that just half ass does everything! I could go on! Do NOT move here! Glad my lease is almost up!

I was visiting but from what I could observe the apartments are nice. It's just that people congregate outside PhD the buildings and don't move when other people are trying to go in.
