This has been the most welcoming smooth transition! Moving can be so stressful but both ladies made it so easy! 10/10 looking forward to a great relationship! And my unit is AMAZINGGGGG !! Brand new appliances and extremely clean!

I applied for an apartment, paid the application fee, was promised a unit was coming available. And never received any follow-up. I called and left messages. No one has contacted me. Not by phone or email. I want a refund of my $49 application fee.

This place puts on a good show but don't be fooled! Once you sign the lease they treat you like you're nothing. My apartment had so many problems, from the air leak coming in through the air conditioner to the water not properly draining in the bathtub. For eleven months, I was told that a new bathtub would be installed (it was a serious health issue, imagine taking a bath and having to stand in water piling up at the back) but it never came. When I went to pay my LAST rent payment, I was refused. Amy said she wouldn't take my rent because she wanted us to move out. No heads-up, no letter in the mail, no nothing. Just three weeks before my lease is up (not 30 days) our so called leasing office manager tells me that we can't resign our lease. I had nowhere to go and no money saved for depos

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! The worst living experience ever. Maintenance tells you to fix everything yourself. People leave there dog crap everywhere. When you break your lease you sign a paper telling you to turn your keys in by the first and you wont be charged the rest of your lease. the day you turn them on one the first they threaten to sue you. Please do not move here. Place is Very loud neighbors keep you up all night and Amy wont do anything about it. In the winter they don't take care of ice i myself have fallen several times and reported it. I was told that the ice would be taken care of and they never did anything. I was never late on rent and they still never helped with anything. The curfew they say they have for ten for kids is never enforced they are out all night as loud as

This place is awful! The office staff changes every month it seems and if you attempt to call, consider yourself lucky if someone answers. Also consider yourself lucky if you leave a voicemail and someone returns your phone call. Maintenance and the upkeep of the grounds is not a priority here. Evidence of this is the daily litter you will see scattered throughout the property and the filthy carpet in the hallways of the buildings. The carpet is tearing in the common areas of the buildings and the walls and doors stay dirty as no one ever cleans. The people that reside here have no regard for noise levels (constant running, jumping, yelling, screaming, crying, loud thumps) and if you complain to the leasing office about the noise neighbors make, they do nothing to remedy it.
