Coleman Apartments

My son is Currently living there for the last three year As he's in grad school. Nothing but Great environment and professionalism. The building management team is nothing but professional. This particular building is safe and secure. Repairs were done ASAP! I highly recommend moving into this building

Dirty hallways, smells like cat pee. No maintenance whatsoever, they make your apartment look OK until you move in, it's a wrap, then they abandon you like nothing, until rent day. I suggest a million other places to live especially if you have children and one thing they don't tell you ,but it maybe in black and white is every year they go up 50 bucks on your rent. Stay away.

Coleman Apartments has been nothing but punctual, professional, and accommodating. I moved in while attending graduate school locally, and they made the transition so easy!
