All of the employees at Colebrook are great, especially Mandy! She helps with anything and everything related to renting/leases and is so kind. She is responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. She has provided her assistance and time during every step of the process while living here. I would recommend Colebrook Management to anyone looking for apartments and housing in the Pittsburgh area! :)

If you are looking for an apartment to rent, keep looking. Colebrook Management is only in it for themselves. They do absolutely nothing for the tenants. I have been renting from them in their Bethel Park complex and it is not good. When you call for anything at all, the Manager always has an excuse and NEVER fixes the situation. Obviously I am looking to move for I have had enough of excuses. No dishwasher for a year, this is the second year in a row that I cannot use my air because it drains into my bedroom closet and all Jackie can suggest is that I move to a different apartment within the complex! Right, so someone else can have the problem!! The maintenance men (who are very nice) say that corporate won't let them fix it the right way, REALLY CORPORATE! The place smells of mil
