Cole Garden Apartments

First and foremost the maintenance is HORRIBLE. Secondly I’ve been living here since the beginning of 2024 Never had any pests control, extermination, Inspection NOTHING. It’s 2026 and the exterminator is just now coming out a few days ago…I have complained since August of 2025 about the bugs in my unit. My Heat Wasn’t Working in the beginning of the winter. Maintenance hasn’t been to fix anything since the summer of 2025 when my bathroom flooded because of a leak in the ceiling. I’ve asked them to put my number back on the key fob they haven’t done it. Some guy number is on there. I’ve asked if I could move into another unit no response…I will NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE…before I got my keys everybody was telling me not to move over here I wish I would’ve listened.

I've only been here for a month and I hate it is roach and spider infested, it takes forever for maintenance to come fix whatever is broken in your apartment. It's quiet for the most part but once my lease is up I'm gone lol.. I wish I could give it to 0 stars because that's how much I don't like it.

I been here for a little over 6 months and it has been a lovely experience. The neighborhood is quiet. Its metro accessible. Of course there's things that could be better but at the price the pros outweigh the cons majorly.

It’s NOT a kids friendly property. Kitchen and bathroom outdated and property manager shows favorites. The mice was horrible until the fixed the gaps in the floor. Overall I’d you kids like outside don’t bother moving around there

I love these apartments they are bigger than the one I just moved out of I use to live here before now I'm back
