Michelle Maciel has been incredibly helpful! I was relocating to the Williamsburg area this past July for work and was pressed for time on finding a new residence. Michelle was able to push my application through over the course of a couple days on a listing I had interest in, get me approved, and moved in all between a Thursday and a Sunday. She was nothing short of helpful, and the expedience that she provided gave me a place to stay when I needed one quickly. Since that time, Michelle has continued to be fantastic, addressing the few maintenance requests I have had promptly and directly. I could not ask for a better property manager!
