The location is convenient and easily accessible, which is a definite plus. The layout of the building is thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and functional workspace. What truly stands out, however, is the staff. They are hands down the best team I've ever encountered—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you ever get the chance to visit, I highly recommend it. You will see for yourself why this office is unmatched. You won’t find a better place!

What can I say other than Brent Canavari and his associate Mary Sampiere are two of the most unprofessional and dishonest realtors I have ever come across. Their presentation of properties is beyond poor. They use incredibly dated techniques and equipment much like their portraits for this office and their North Port location. If you want terrible pictures and no movement on your properties these are the people for you! The only problem is when you fire them for poor performance and accepting an illegal contract in the first place. They seem to think it is ok to just ignore it and hold your listing hostage. These are the kind of realtors that give many in the industry a bad name!
