Our realtor was Soumia Jose who helped us buy a house in Woodland. Soumia went out of her way to meet us at the house on multiple occasions, gave us good advice about our offer, contingencies, inspections, etc. She was an excellent source of references for professionals (e.g., home inspection, home warranty, etc.). My wife and I are 100% satisfied and would definitely seek her out for help in the future.

Just spoke with one of their realtors setting up a sign for an open house. I saw this realtor cut across double yellow lines and park in the opposite direction so she would not be bothered by taking an extra 30 seconds to do this legally. When I asked her if her time was more valuable than the safety of others, she said "yes, if no one is around". So I guess if I rob a bank and no one else is around, then it's OK. Way to go coldwell, you have some great people working for you! I have been in this town for forty years and expect businesses to conduct their affairs more professionally. This was at the intersection of Catalina and Anderson on 8/18/19.
