Coldwell Banker Riviera Realty

We rented a house listed on the Coldwell Banker Riviera Realty LBI website and were excited to spend a week on LBI. To their credit, they were very responsive in the beginning and we were easily able to book our vacation on the phone and by sending a check for the rent & security deposit. We were told that due to the need for "special cleaning" we would not be able to check into the house until 4pm. So we made sure not to be too early. We called at 3:15pm to say we were on the island, and were told we could pick up the keys no earlier than 3:45pm which was understandable based on the current situation.
