Attempted to rent a property listed with this agency and their Sales Associate Phyllis Ludovico. I realize times are crazy right now with Covid-19 and the real estate market is no exception. But that doesn't excuse the poor service/communication we received. If it wasn't for me reaching out to Phyllis on multiple occasions to find out where we stood with the rental we were applying for there would have been 0 communication! This isn't the first property we've sought to rent or purchase, having been homeowners for over 35 years. If your looking to rent or purchase a home stay clear of Riviera Realty and Phyllis!
