My husband and I have been working with Premier Coastal Properties for several years and they never disappoint. The team, Adriana and Jackie, are knowledgeable, professional and always friendly and helpful in all situations. We thoroughly enjoy our annual two week stay at The Ocean Club in Mantoloking and are always treated with kindness and respect from everyone. During our stay, should we need to contact Adriana or Jackie with an issue, their response is always immediate to ensure all our needs are met promptly and professionally. In addition, the entire team at the Ocean Club are super! Any little thing they can do to make our vacation more enjoyable they are there for you. I highly recommended them to all my friends and family, and I will continue to do so!

We’ve been renting at the Ocean Club for over 20 years! It’s definitely my happy place…you can’t beat the location (right on the beach), and the Olympic size pool. My adult children still enjoy coming with my husband and I for our annual week dts. Jackie and Tinker are awesome, and easy to work with. Just got back from our vacation and looking forward to next year!! 😎

The place was beautiful however this condo 1102, the floors although were swept, they were very dirty and made our feet black. also the outside of the fridge was never wiped clear particularly the handle and outside by the cabinets. I knew to bring our essentials, but the kitchen should really be equipped with the simple things like a colander, and small pots. Although we did not rent through you last year, 1103 was a much better equipped and clean room. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

We had a great time at the condo #5305. The view at sunset is spectacular. FYI, the k cup coffee maker does not work which was disappointing, otherwise a great stay. Joe Battipaglia
