Coldwell WILL aid homeowners with lying on a mortgage disclosure and then muscle you around with their overpriced attorneys when you call them out on their misguidence. This is a multi million dollar corporation with zero regard for caring about individuals that get in the way of their profits. They have no problem ripping off disabled veterans with an infant. Take your money to a small local realtor. Not these corprate scum.
