Absolutely horrible communication. i applied and got denied due to making to much money. with that being said. when you apply you pay $300 and when you get denied you get that $300 back. i have still not received that and it’s been a month. i have called many times. i have sent emails. nothing back from anyone. if you have a feeling about applying here and think you may make too much money to get denied do not apply. you will not get that money back.

Hard to get a hold of the new property manager. Sends email then doesn't answer phone. Would love to renew lease now that I'm no longer contagious with shingles but she left my daughter's name off the paperwork when we are both on the original lease. She is never in the office when we try to reach her to get this resolved. Her email was rude and snippy, threatening not to renew because I had shingles for a few weeks and didn't want to expose her. Nice.

I've been living here since the day it opened in October 2022. There has been good times and bad times. Communication here is AWFUL. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in upper management over a week now (sent 2 emails) nothing in return. I also sent 2 emails to the property manager about removing a "late fee" from my account. Rent is due the 1st of the month, with a 5 day grace period, it was put in the rent deposit box this past Friday May 3rd and come Monday morning AGAIN, we had a late fee. This happens almost every single month. I also have heard nothing back. So maybe if I post this review I can get a email back.

Very nice inside. Delivered a pizza to a tenant and apartment looked very spacious from the door.

I’m interested to get an apartment. And it looks very nice
