We really enjoyed house hunting with Deborah. She was a lot of fun, and pointed out many areas of the houses that needed repairs or were great features (such as double pane windows) that we didn't notice on our own. One particular house we were initially impressed by, she pointed out serious expensive structural problems, and called it 'lipstick on a pig.' She assured us that if this was our dream house, she would help us get it anyway, but was very open about her concerns. She saved us from purchasing a house on the high side of our price range with potential many big ticket repairs in the near future. Once we settled on our house, she advised us during negotiations and made sure we closed a day early so we wouldn't be stuck with no keys all weekend if there were any unforeseen delays.
