Appears not to care about doing business. Can't be reached when you call. Tried to call to let them know an alarm was going off in a house next to me they are selling and nobody can bother to answer the phone. If I ever would need to sell, won't be through this group.

I would highly recommend Bobbi Hughes. During our house hunt she was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was able to ease my mind if something popped up that caused me to panick. She was honest and down to earth which made the process easy going and we kept going back to look at more homes. I can say I have the upmost respect for honesty and in some businesses today there is not much of that. If your buying or looking to sell I highly recommend Bobbi! Well we were trying to buy a house. We put in an offer for it to be denied, scheduled an appointment for it to be cancelled. The realtor was rude and unprofessional with our realtor nor have they tried to reschedule. If I could give no stars I would. Maybe they don't want to sell houses. I don't know but for our first time dealing with this company it was completely awful!

Please do not work with Sandy Bouras or Jill Romine. They was suppose to be representing me as a buyer and the whole time they was working with the seller. Tried to give me the worse deal ever and even told the seller to hold my earnest money deposit when I caught on that no one disclosed they knew the seller. Also my earnest money deposit was to much from the start, they even tried to get me to give the seller the appraisal that I wasted $600 on and they got a free home inspection report, with Radon levels off the chain. I can not believe they had the balls to request I give the seller half of the earnest money deposit.

I have now completed three transactions with Candice Haight over the past four years. She has done an amazing job representing me as both the buyer, and the seller. Coming from someone who is known to be a very harsh critic that says a lot-just check out my google reviews and you will understand. When working with Candy for the first time, she all but dragged me out of work in the middle of the day to show me a house (not even on the market yet) when she knew it was the one I was searching for. She was right, I bought it on the spot! The transaction was a little bit bumpy (due to a sluggish seller), but Candy was always on top of everything. She managed to get me the 30-day closing I wanted, and without any real issues! When it was time to sell, I knew exactly who to call and I’m so glad
