This company represented the seller. My experience was horrible from this agent . As I closed on the home that day it was revealed the tenant was living in the home. The seller never removed unwanted furniture. I was told the tenant has 30 days to live in my home that I just purchased. Contacted this agent for the tenant refuses to pay rent .I was told to call a lawyer. The seller should be responsible for her evection.Beware of bad realtors.
The best toasted coconut ice cream I have ever had! Everything was neat and clean. There are tables inside to eat. Highly recommend.
