Coldwell Banker Realty - Trumbull Office

I am a contractor that has dealt closely with the real estate industry and Realtors in general for over 37 years. I have demonstrated a stellar record over the decades in the services we provide. While I know there are good Realtors that I have previously worked with in the past from the Trumbull Coldwell Banker office; I cannot recommend working with Brian Fitzgerald. I am currently involved with a property that he was the listing agent for. He knowingly failed to disclose certain details about this property to us which is now negatively impacting the progress of our work. He has also posted reviews about my company regarding this situation that are completely inaccurate. There are better choices in this office to list your home with.

This is by far the worst real estate company that I have worked with. Jeanette Politano was our realtor, unfortunately her communication skills are literally non existent. Her lack of professionalism is beyond words and when my husband contacted her superior, there was no response. She had our contract extended without communicating it to us. And the list of complaints go on. Stay away from this realtor and if at all possible from Coldwell Banker in Trumbull.

If you need a great realtor to work with, you can't go wrong with Melissa Casey! She was an absolute professional from start to finish. My clients were the buyers on one of her listings, and she was highly communicative and did everything she could to keep us on track for closing. As a mortgage lender, these things are VERY important parts of a smooth process. We closed quickly, smoothly, and everybody walked away happy. Can't ask for anything more!

Cheri Coleman, of the Coleman Realty Group, represented us in our recent purchase of our first house. We were so lucky to end up as her client, as it was totally unplanned. Another agent in Cheri's team was the listing agent for the house we were interested in, and she recommended Cheri to us when we went to an open house. While we initially had our doubts about dual-agency, Cheri was at all times professional, kind, courteous, and patient with us. She worked very hard to help us secure the best terms for our purchase, including significant credits at closing in order to address some issues with the property that popped up at inspection. I wish there was the option to leave a negative star review after dealing with a real estate agent from this office named Jeanette Politano. We found her to be incredibly rude and very unprofessional. Ms. Jeanette, was representing the new owner of a building where we had our family business. First she tried to charge us 30% more than our neighbors then reduce the size of our lunch room and strong arm is into signing up for a term that we were not comfortable with. Communication broke down when we tried to address our concerns about people going into our office without our permission or even letting us know.
