Coldwell Banker Realty - South Suburban

Google needs a rating lower than ZERO STARS for this Coldwell banker office and my experience. We bought a home through an agent in this office. PLEASE REMEMBER TO ASK if the house haunted? is there a Half/three quarter ways houses/detox facilities in the area,neighborhood...on the street...DONT be vague...they will be. ...oh and it seems these things they have to tell you by federal LAW. Buyer remorse? Well, if we were given all this info, we wouldn't have bought the house. Also be careful of wording on home warranties. Make sure it covers everything you need...and also covers all buildings!

Set up appointments to view two homes then got a vague text message cancelling my appointment and refused to show me any homes because I wasn't ready to sign a contract. I realize that realtors only get paid when a house is sold, but isn't the way to sell a house to show it to interested parties?
