Coldwell Banker Realty - Palm Desert

I recently reached out to Denise Francis (realtor at Coldwell) about a home she was renting (she also listed it for sale which I thought was weird). I visited the property with her and loved it. She showed me around like it was mine. After asking her if she was showing it to others, she assured me that she liked me the best and that it was mine if I wanted it. We seemed to of hit it off. After discussing how she wanted to put 10k into the home she raised the rent $200 (which was fine). After about 2 weeks of numerous phone calls about the renovation, she began to change her tone. She told me that she decided to sell the house. I had already planned movers to move our stuff 5 days away. Horrible communication skills. Agent Kim Rogers ignored repeated calls and texts and then blocked my number the day escrow closed so we could not correspond anymore with agent. As soon as she was paid, she washed her hands of her client relationship. A complete joke!!
