I am the VP of Mortgage Lending in the Northeast with OriginPoint. I closed a transaction with Cassandra Smith from Coldwell Banker -Nashua on the listing side back in January. Cassandra was extremely polite, professional, and seemed to have her sellers' back at every turn. She is just the kind of realtor that sellers want right now, trust me!! Thinking of buying or selling? Cassandra would be a smart place to start.

I bought my first home in December of 2022, so I obviously waited a couple of months to post a review... I worked with Kim for about 8 weeks to close a deal on my first home. Every question I had was answered within minutes. It didn't matter if I texted her at 6:30am or 10:00pm. She had the answer or would find the answer in a timely manner. We we're getting evicted from our previous living situation because they we're converting their duplex house into a one unit home... We we're given a time table of 6 months to find a place and these terms were explained to Kim in it's entirety. She would send us homes within our budget almost daily. If I could rate my experience, it would be a solid 10/10. If you're skeptical, ask for Kim!

Eva Popek is an outstanding realtor. She got us in the house we wanted. Looked out for our best interest. Especially when the seller's agent , was screwing up. She even got us cleaning people, to help us clean our old apartment .

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Eva Popek the dedication and knowledge that was shared with us was above and beyond what we had expected . With the housing market as tight as it is for buyer . We had viewed several homes with no fault of ournornEva were passed over to buy a home . Then long and behold here we are . We started looking for a home in early Feb 2018 and on June 4 2018 we were at settlement with Eva . Without her dedication patience understanding and knowledge we would not be where we are today . I was very shocked with their treatment of elderly and disabled people. When I tried to report the incident to their management, they closed ranks and victim blamed. It was stunning at how uncaring, discriminative, and ablist they were.
