Katherine Cuno. This realtor demonstrated a consistent lack of professionalism and disregard for clear agreements. Despite being asked to remove all personal photos from the home, she failed to do so, leaving pictures of individuals visible and exposing their identities to the public. She allowed people to enter the property before the open house without a licensed realtor and without anyone present to supervise. Communication was minimal and one-sided—she routinely ignored messages unless it directly served her interests. She also left the back door unlocked and wide open, posing a serious security risk. Absolutely horrible experience with Jackie Miao! I am only sharing as I don't want another 20-something to be taken advantage of. She was completely unethical when accepting my checks, lease, and tenant agreement as she showed another tenant my apartment after I had been accepted & gave her $7k. She then revoked my lease, and gave the other client the apartment. This woman has been in the business for over 20 years, this is not a rookie mistake. Her actions violate multiple codes under the 2022 National Code of Ethics created by the National Association of Realtors. I would not trust this woman nor company. It is uncountable and vile how she believes this is action was okay. I am reporting her to the board of ethics at this time, and would not recommend anyone doing business with her or t
