Do not move into any property listed by Dave Thorp, Pathlight, or Home Partners. They are extremely poorly maintained and getting anything fixed takes multiple visits from vendors and weeks of time. These are a few of the issues that I have had since moving in April 1st. The place wasn't cleaned, the water wasn't running, they cut holes in the ceiling to unfreeze the pipes, those aren't scheduled to be patched until April 25th, there was no garage door opener, the fridge was missing more than half of the shelves, it was replaced and they didn't measure properly and the new one doesn't fit. Now I will have to live with a fridge 18 in into the kitchen for at least 10 business days. You will end up spending hours on the phone to get things fixed and you'll often be told that that is resident
