Bay Pointe Apartments

I've lived here for over 3 years now. The apartment does exactly what it needs to. The price is very affordable and cozy. The thing Bay Pointe does that sets them apart is they are very fast at repairing any issues that arise. It can be as quick a few hours after the request is sent. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Bay Pointe!

Moved in 8 years ago and have enjoyed my entire stay. Staff is responsive to emergencies and very accommodating. Good food nearby, multiple grocery stores within 10 minutes.

Moved in 8 months ago and absolutely love it. New appliances, beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room. Anytime I have a friend over for the first time they comment on how nice and lovely my apartment is! They can be a bit slow to respond to maintenance requests that are non-urgent, but after more than one message will send someone out promptly. I’ve lived in a number of any apartments and this has been the best one by far. No major issues at all, and it’s super quiet here.

This apartment complex completely sucked. My father and I would come home and there would be holes punched in the walls of the entrance door and there was a drunk guy who wet himself laying in the middle of the hallway, drunk. Management didn't do anything about it! The pool is supposed to be a place for *everyone* but this family of Mexicans were doing dives along the edge in a huge row, which is one, a dangerous hazard, and two, no one else was able to use the pool. People were terrible and we would have to make complaints for the people around us because they were too loud, we even talked to management! What did they do? Nothing. There was also a weed grower across the hall from us... Our power was out for about 3 to 4 days when the apartment buildings (still under Bay Pointe) had power

Packages are constantly stolen. Cars are broken into monthly. Land-lady is out to get everyone. Halls reek like weed . If you have someone visit for more than an hour their car will be towed.
