Beware! Choose your realtor wisely. Our experience with Coldwell Banker Realty was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to warn others. These realtors care only about closing a deal quickly and collecting their commission — they do not care about protecting you as a buyer. We purchased a home in Bloomington through Joe Overhaug, and later discovered (six months after closing) that the property had an unsealed well we were never told about. The city contacted us and is now requiring us to fix the issue, which costs thousands of dollars. This problem could have been avoided if Joe, or his supervisor Scott, had taken even a few minutes to contact the city for proper information.
