I referred my long time friend to Agent Nicole Daboin and she was amazing. She answered my call on the first ring on a Saturday morning at 8:30 AM and was out showing my referral properties by noon and was able to get a deal negotiated and after navigating thru a bump in the road, she got him to settlement. She was responsive, professional and I highly recommend her!

An absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Upon beginning the journey for a second time to sell my home, it was recommended to me that I reach out to an agent here, as they are local to the area and know the market well. So I did. The house was listed at $850k while others in my neighborhood had recently sold for $960k (a bit bigger) and $870k (same size with a less preferred lot). The agent did not question or suggest a higher price point, did not consider the amount owed on the property prior to listing, and did not get accurate closing numbers based on sales amounts for us to review. So, my fault there! After the contract was signed, I was informed that it was going to cost me $14k to close, which was a bit shocking. At that point, I told the agent I was considering

Shockingly unethical behavior by their agent, Joan May, towards another of their agents who actually did very timely and cost-effective work to get my house ready for sale. Instead of co-listing with her colleague who did the work, Joan May co-listed with someone else unknown to me. May's behavior led the good agent to be cheated of thousands of dollars of income and to leave Coldwell. For peace of mind and to avoid this sort of unnecessary misbehavior, I would recommend using another agent (or firm).
