Instead oof hiring people with weird names Berkshire should focus on serving their customers, not turning the potential buyers down!

I was looking to rent an apartment in the area. After repeatedly trying to contact someone to help, I explicitly stated that I worked 3rd shift at the time and provided hours I could be reached, we played phone tag for a few days. When I reached the area I was driving around and calling all the for rent signs in the area. One of the numbers was apparently someone at this company, I hadn't realized that the rental was same one I had tried to get in contact with earlier in the week. The person on the line told me to hold on while he put the correct person on the phone. Well never in my life had I encountered such a rude person.
