The agent Scott, over stated the square footage of home to lower the price per foot. Had a consultant help with determining it all and learned my gut was 100% right. I guess this is not illegal, yet, unethical, and a twist of marketing. Additionally, Scott was a complete jerk, aggressive, uncompromising, forceful and intentionally disrespectful during the home purchase process. I could never do business with him again. And could not believe such an aggressive approach was welcomed by his seller.
