I am sharing this to warn others about my experience with Josephine Leblang, a licensed real estate professional currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Fort Lee, NJ. For over two years, Josephine acted as my landlord. During that time, she repeatedly violated my rights as a tenant by entering my apartment without proper notice—as frequently as three times a week—using unresolved maintenance issues (like a leaking dishwasher and other water problems) as excuses. These issues were never addressed or fixed, despite repeated requests. It later became clear that these unannounced visits were not about repairs. Shockingly, Josephine used her access seeking to pursue a personal affair with my live-in partner, fully aware that we were a couple sharing the home. This behavior was not

I usually don’t leave reviews but Rosy was OUTSTANDING! I have never had such amazing service in any of my sales experiences. Rosy was very genuine, thoughtful & persistent on finding the right place for me & my family. Throughout the whole process she made it clear that she was genuinely putting our best interests before anything and the communication was amazing! Never had to reach out to her multiple times or feel like I was being a bother, she kept me updated regularly and answered any question I had. We had a few let downs at first but Rosy was super positive and optimistic through it all & thanks to her we found the perfect place/neighborhood for my family. I will definitely go back to Rosy and refer any friends/family in need of her services!
